At classicbikeshop, we strive to provide you with the highest quality motorcycle spares. However, we understand that there may be occasions when a return is necessary. Please review our returns policy carefully.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or, because it is damaged or defective, we will either replace the item or refund it in full including the delivery charge.

If you are withdrawing from your purchase within 30 days after delivery, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item. We will not refund the cost of delivery.

Return process:

Request a Return: Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 30 days of your purchase to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and reason for the return.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
