The second edition to my general information Blogs!
It has been just under 2 weeks since my introduction, to say its been busy is an understatement so thank you to all of our customers, new or returning. Any ways lets get onto this week, which is the BSA 350cc S.V Tourer.
First produced in 1937 was among the first wave of B Model BSA's and finished in 1939, there was a big demand among motor cyclists for a really sturdy, general purpose touring model, and it is for such riders that this BSA 350 Side valve had been designed. Very light weight, considered economical for petrol and oil consumption. (I'm almost selling it)
Being the start of a new wave of British motorcycles that offered a lightweight/middleweight option to cyclists this model was very successful and then sprung to life further similar models. Including; the huge accomplishment that is the B31 B32 B33 Models. Also influencing the production of the Empire star 'The masterpiece of the industry'. With its black and chromium: BSA Green tank with gold lining. Not forgetting the finishing touch: Fishtail exhaust.
If your reading this thank you! I hope you found it interesting, I haven't seen much information about this model in general on the web. Also if you have one please send us a image for our customer gallery! Cheers :)
